	Sign-In  Register            8/26/2013:     The following class paperwork will be passed out and discussed the first day of classes and will require specific dates to turn in the paperwork for grades and credit:                         (A)  "All About Me"  to be done in class and turned in at the end of the period on: 8/26/2013.                         (B)  Other paperwork will include:  (1) Dear Parent Letter                                                                           (2)  Standards For Extracurricular Activities                                                                           (3)  Insurance  information for Field Trips                                                                           (4)  Classroom Guidelines                                                                           (5)  Class Calendar                         (C)  I advise parents and students to read all of the information on all sheets and get them                               turned in on time for the the appropriate credit and score that will go in my grade book.                        (D)  I will also instruct students on how to set up their note book and to use it as a filing                                 to keep notes and required paperwork for grading purposes.                        (E)  I will check their notebooks two times a grading period for grades at the 3 week mark                               for Progress Report Grades and then again at the end of every six week grading period.                                                (F)  Late Work Policy:  Can also be found in the Dear Parent Letter:                                       Assigned work that is turned in late for reasons other than excused                                       absences will be given grade reduction penalties as follows:                                                      1 Day Late:        10 point reduction                                                      2 Days Late:       20 point reduction                                                      3 Days Late:       30 point reduction                                                      4 Days Late:       100 point reduction                                       ***After 3 days, a grade of zero (0) will be given.*****
